Tom Cummins is the founder and chairman of American Power & Gas — a retail energy supplier that has served America's deregulated markets for more than fifteen years. He pioneered outsourced energy sales in North America. He co-founded a certified-green energy company on the coast of Tuscany. And today he leads Cummins Worldwide, a financial-planning firm built on one discipline: write the rule down, and run the company on numbers.

Under his leadership, American Power & Gas donated one million meals through Feeding America. His podcast, Billionaire in the Making, has more than 130 episodes.

And for decades he has run a written financial plan — every week, fifty-two weeks a year. He has never missed one.
